JIRA Integration
Link JIRA tickets in triage notes and show live issue status badges.
Set your JIRA base URL to enable ticket linking in triage notes. References like [AB-123] will become clickable links. Add email and API token to also show live issue status badges.
Configuration
- JIRA Base URL — your Atlassian instance URL (e.g.
https://yourcompany.atlassian.net) - JIRA Email — the email address associated with your JIRA account
- JIRA API Token — generate one from your Atlassian account settings
Click Save to apply, Test Connection to verify credentials, or Remove to disconnect.
